I want every child to learn in my classroom. It is my job to find the ways to achieve this success for all, and I strive to do that in a manner that changes their lives as well as their education. I use the classroom as my "stage," and my students are my "audience." I play several roles each day with one motive in mind. At the end of every day, six weeks, and school year, I want my students to recall experiences I provided and look back on those times as wonderful moments in their education, enabling each with several possibilities to incorporate learning. I aspire for them to recall me as a teacher who made a difference in their lives by providing a dramatic, memorable learning experience and environment.
