  • Brenham ISD is requesting bids for Erate eligible Category One and Category Two goods/services. Additional information is available at https://www.crwconsulting.com/ifcb. Bids will be opened 01/13/2026 at 2PM at Brenham ISD Technology Office at 1301 Niebuhr St. Brenham, Texas 77833.

  • The Brenham Independent School District (“BISD” or “the District”) is requesting statements of
    qualifications from qualified firms to provide Program Management Services for BISD in connection
    with BISD facilities projects, including, without limitation, BISD’s 2025 $39 million Bond Capital
    Improvement Projects, consisting of safety and security upgrades, facility repairs, infrastructure and
    systems replacements (HVAC, plumbing, and roofs), and instructional space modernization
    (collectively, “2025 Bond Capital Improvement Projects”), and other future, yet-to-be-determined

  • Notice is hereby given that the Brenham Independent School District (“BISD” or “District”) is soliciting
    statements of qualifications, competence, and experience from qualified firms (“Vendor” or “Proposer”) to
    provide Architectural and Engineering Professional Services to be provided by the terms, conditions, and specifications stipulated in the Request for Qualifications #251-2025 (“Solicitation” or “RFQ”).

    Multiple awards will be given by BISD to provide a pool of architectural and engineering firms to be used
    on an as-needed basis in connection with BISD facilities projects, including, without limitation, BISD’s 2025
    $39 million Bond Capital Improvement Projects, consisting of safety and security upgrades, facility repairs,
    infrastructure and systems replacements (HVAC, plumbing, and roofs), and instructional space modernization (collectively, “2025 Bond Capital Improvement Projects”), and other future, yet-to-be-determined projects. Services will include programming, planning, design (including schematic design, design development, and construction documents), and contract administration services. (RFQ #251-2025)
