Strategic Planning Committee: Round 2
The second round of the Brenham ISD Strategic Planning Committee (SPC) builds upon the strong foundation established during Round 1 and marks an important transition from planning to implementation. With the successful passage of the November 2025 VATRE and Bond, the district is now actively moving forward on funded projects and initiatives. This phase brings the committee back together to review progress, reconnect with the shared vision, and ensure that the work underway continues to reflect the priorities and expectations of the Brenham community.
During Round 2, committee members will reflect on accomplishments to date, clarify their ongoing role, and provide informed input that will guide the district’s next steps. This work is no longer conceptual; it is active, funded, and already shaping the future of Brenham ISD. As decisions made in this phase will have lasting impacts, the committee’s feedback is critical in aligning current efforts with long-term goals. The district will also collaborate with planning partners, including Parkhill, to help translate committee input into actionable plans that support responsible growth and student success.
