Summer Meal Program:

Brenham ISD is excited to offer our Non-Congregate Summer Meal Program, providing free 10-day meal bundles for all children and teens 18 and younger.

To ensure we have an accurate meal count and a smooth experience for our families, each child must have a ticket for each individual pick-up date. Registration/tickets for each bundle will open the Monday prior to the scheduled distribution. 

Location will be: Brenham Middle School
Beginning: June 2026.

    Are you ready for a summer challenge? 

    Our 2026 Unearth a Story Summer Reading  Challenge begins June 1, 2026 with  three exciting parts:
    1. Read and log minutes beginning June 1, 2026 to win virtual badges and great prizes from the library.  
    2. Complete activities to earn virtual badges and collectible brag tags.
    3. Attend exciting programs in the library on Tuesdays at 10am and 2pm for children, Thursdays at 3pm for teens, and adult programs as listed on the calendar.

Summer Instruction / Account Access:
To ensure your child can continue learning over the summer, we have provided instructions to help you access district-approved software and applications from home. These steps will guide you in logging your student into their district Google Chrome account on personal computers and Chromebooks, allowing them to seamlessly use the educational resources available to them. Following these instructions will help prevent login issues and ensure uninterrupted access to important learning tools throughout the summer break.  
 
STEP 1: Google Account:
  • Using a home device, open the Google Chrome browser and add your Brenhamk-12 student account as a Google Chrome profile. Steps linked below:
  • https://brenhamtechdaily.blogspot.com/2020/11/switching-between-your-multiple-chrome.html
  • If using a Chromebook, sign into the Chromebook using your student Google Chrome Account. 
  • Once the student has their Brenhamk-12 Google Chrome Account on this device, they can then navigate to the BISD district Classlink Page.
  • Signing into their district Google Account through Google Chrome Browser will ensure the student is actually signed into their account. 
STEP 2: Classlink Account:
  • Access the BISD District Classlink Login Page: https://launchpad.classlink.com/brenham  (this link is also on our district website: brenhamisd.net)
  • Students will click on "Sign in with Google" and log into their Classlink account with their district Google credentials.
  • Students can then access their district student software (Zearn, IXL, etc....)
 
Reminder about student accounts:
Email address is: (Student First Initial)(Student Last Initial)(Student 5-digit ID number)@brenhamk-12.net
Example: Frank Jones , ID: 12345   ( fj12345@brenhamk-12.net )
Forgot Google Password?
Reach out to your campus Admin, Counselors, and/or Librarian to have your student Google password reset.  Thank you.
