Brenham ISD is grateful for the continued support of our community. Donations from parents, community members, businesses, and organizations help provide valuable opportunities, resources, and experiences that enrich learning for our students. Individuals and organizations may contribute in many ways, including monetary donations, services, equipment, materials, supplies, gift cards, or other items that support campuses, programs, and departments across the district.

To ensure transparency and proper documentation, all donations to Brenham ISD must be submitted through the district’s official Donation Form. Donors will be asked to provide basic information about the type of donation, the intended campus or department (if applicable), the purpose or use of the donation, and the estimated value of donated property or services. After the form is submitted, a Brenham ISD representative will contact the donor within three business days to follow up. Please note that donations exceeding $1,000 require approval by the Board of Trustees in accordance with district policy.
